Returns Policy:
For returns you can receive a refund or store credit if your order is returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Postage for returns is at the cost of the customer.

How to return an item:
Email hello@vyethelabel.com within 14 days of receiving your order and let us know your reason for return.

Return the item in the compostable satchels. Retain your tracking number & Australia Post receipt for proof of lodgement. Return postage is at your expense.

Refunds: 
Your refund will be processed within 7 days of when we receive the returned item.
