We do strongly encourage you to check the size guide for each product before purchase to make sure the measurements work for you as they do vary with different brand sizes.

Exchanges:
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact returns@stylesocietymarketplace.com so we can guide you through the exchange process.
Please note that we will need a photo or two showing the defect/fault, to speed up the process for you.
If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please email us at returns@stylesocietymarketplace.com and we will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Returns:
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return code. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging.
To initiate a return, please send us an email at returns@stylesocietymarketplace.com to receive steps on the returns process, for the brand that you have purchased.
We will respond to all return emails within 24 hours Monday to Friday. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Style Society Marketplace and our brand partners do not refund original shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the policy has not been adhered to.
Once the parcel is received and meets the requirements of the above, your refund will be processed. We will advise once return is processed and the funds will be available according to your financial institutions clearance times.
Please note we are only able to refund to the account that was used for the initial purchase.
