Delivery & Returns Policy

Shipping:
All items are shipped directly by the brand, with tracked, contactless delivery for peace of mind. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150. For orders under $150, a flat rate of $10 will be applied at checkout. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days (except custom items). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey. Currently, we only ship within Australia.

Returns:
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not 100% happy, we offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your item. Simply contact us at hello@stylesocietymarketplace.com to start the return process. We’ll connect you with the right person and assist you every step of the way. Please note, return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Every colour way developed has been hand dipped by Trudie in India, ensuring the perfect shade. We don’t use stock fabrics, we develop our own fabrics exclusively for Eadie, to our exact standards, specs and thread counts - all natural Euro linens, textural cotton jacquards and exquisite velvet.
